Regular meetings. The City Council shall hold regular meetings on the first and third Tuesday of every month at the hour of seven p.m. (7:00 PM); provided, however, that when the day fixed for any regular meeting of the council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal or national holiday, such meeting shall be held at the same hour on a day set by the Council. All regular meetings of the city council shall be held in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall at 2042 East A Street, Torrington, Wyoming.
