The City has three shelters that can be reserved: 2 in Pioneer Park and 1 in City Park All other shelters are on a first come-first serve basis. To Make a Park Reservation Call: 307-532-5666 or e-mail: credder@city-of-torrington.org Please include your Name, the date(s) requested, the time requested, the event taking place (i.e., birthday, reunion, etc.) and a contact phone number in your e-mail.
