► Approval of the minutes 4-15-08 meetings minutes as published and all actions therein be ratified.

► Mayor’s Correspondence.     

Committee member’s of the month.

►Darin Yates  refusal of all bids received on the old ambulance property; Two bids were received on from 51,101 and one for 50.550 market appraisal was $115-130,000. RECOMMENDED ACTION:  seek other ways to sell at market value.

►Appoint CMR for the Lincoln Center project.   RECOMMENDED ACTION:  Staff and our Architect Noel Griffith would like to recommend contracting with Samson Construction.  They fill the needs a meet our requirments.

► 1^st reading of the Shad Bates property annexation. (old Smith Cleaners)

 ►3^rd and final reading of the ordinance relating to charges for weeds and property clean up.

►Request by fire department to close West 21^st from East of Chamber to West of Alley for staging for the fire hall project.

►Transfer of retail liquor license for Bronco Bar to new owner Michael Zaborowski Jr.  Chief has done his review and no complaints writer or verbal have been received.

►Resolution to create an electric company tax definition.

►Approval of the bills from 4-14- 08to 4-30-08 for payment.
